Onyx Media & Productions was founded in 2021 with a simple goal: to serve organizations with the skills and perspective we developed while working in churches and universities. Working full time in roles responsible for operating and maintaining AV systems, we saw firsthand the challenges that can come with getting a project off the ground.

Often, communication would break down, proposals did not match our vision, or time frames and cost effectiveness was not prioritized. We also encountered systems that had been pieced together over time and needed a complete overhaul, but finding an integrator who could deliver quality solutions at a reasonable price and an acceptable time frame was rare.

We started Onyx Media & Productions to change that experience. By combining technical expertise with an operator’s perspective, our mission is to deliver AV solutions that are thoughtfully designed, clearly communicated, and built to serve your organization for years to come. Through the years, by customer request our work naturally expanded into live production services and creative media support. We bring the same mindset of excellence to every event and every piece of content creation that we do to our integration projects.
